CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients are asked to leave a card on file upon booking for the first time. The card will not be charged unless clients cancel with less than 48 hours notice or if the client no-shows their appointment. There are NO exceptions. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service total. If you do not have a card on file, you will be asked to pay the cancellation fee prior to booking your next appointment. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do NOT attend your appointment but reach out to the spa or your service provider to reschedule. If you show up feeling unwell, you will be turned away and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
